I recently visited Formula Salon and had an appointment with Angela, where I went in for a haircut and requested face-framing layers. Unfortunately, what I received was extremely choppy and poorly blended, which was far from the look I was hoping for. After the appointment, I reached out to Angela to express my dissatisfaction, but her response was dismissive and unprofessional, stating, "It looked good when you were there idk."
