This is one of the best gyms I have ever been in. The staff and clientele are friendly and welcoming. Bear in mind this is not a fancy gym with tons of complex machines, red light therapy, or steam rooms, it is a place to go and move weight. The machines are well maintained, the place is always clean, and they have a wide variety of strong man equipment. If my job didn't require me to move to another state, I would be a lifelong member. 10/10 Would not change a thing. DeVere, you're awesome man. Thanks for everything.
Hands down one of the best gyms I’ve been to. The staff are super welcoming, and the members create a really positive atmosphere. This isn’t a luxury gym with all the bells and whistles—no steam rooms or fancy machines—but it’s perfect if your goal is to lift and train hard. Everything is clean, well-maintained, and there’s a great selection of strongman equipment. I’d stay a member forever if I didn’t have to move for work. Couldn’t ask for a better gym.

This gym is great! It has everything you need to get work done no matter what type of workout you are looking for. They even have a section for strong man training! The best thing is the atmosphere though. The members and the owners/trainers make it a motivating and fun place to be. A different feel than a box gym. I suggest you give it a try if you are in the Lee’s Summit area.
