Great place to workout. This is a convenient South Tampa location, with easy access in and out. All the weights and equipment I need for my workout routine. No worries, no waiting, no checking in at a desk. Just use the app to open the door to let yourself in and start your workout! That easy! The 24/7 access is awesome.
The Forge is a well managed and maintained INDEPENDENT gym. It is conveniently located in S Tampa and is located on Henderson that leads to all of the well traveled roads. Ben, a trainer at the Forge is very knowledgeable and can be hired for private coaching session.
Great place in south Tampa, local, very convenient. Can really focus on everything related to your fitness goals with all the equipment; and not too busy. The ability to hit weights cardio boxing and play your own music is great. Loved it here!!
Great gym, and always equipment available
The Forge is a great gym. I often go late in the evenings and it’s not crowded, all the equipment is great, no having to wait for a machine! 10/10
