I was interested in switching to a new provider, but i wanted to speak with someone at Forest Lounge first to ensure their services were sufficient. They refused to have a 5-minute meeting with me to understand their offerings without charging me $300. I was supposed to pay without even knowing what they would provide, who was performing the services, and how it was being medically supervised? As other reviews are good, perhaps they were just completely incompetent in my experience, but who wants to deal with that?
Very friendly staff. Always willing to answer my questions as well as explain the various types of treatments and their benefits.
I like this place for weight loss. It is very helpful and they take the time with you. Where as other places are worried about serving the next patient.
My husband and I have really benefited from the weight loss appointments. Their schedule is very accommodating!
