My wife and I have lived at Rosalia (formerly Fordham) for 3 years with a change in ownership and 3 different apt managers. The last manager Saja was very responsive and helpful, so we were a bit apprehensive with the new owner and manager. The new manager Marta Garcia has proven to be very capable and responsive to our concerns. Besides being professional, she is always available and friendly. Catherine the Activities Coordinator did an excellent job in our pre mother's day celebration. She is a social butterfly and helped me log into my portal with IT help and she has a very kind heart. Everyone loves her.
This Mrs. Yvonne I started going to the events and activities that Mrs. Catherine the Activities Coordinator. I was so so out on yesterday, Mrs. Catherine above and beyond to honor us seniors for mothers day. Everything was beautiful and touch our hearts so much from decorating, good, roses and purses she out to each mother. She is a wonderful Activity Coordinator over at Rosalina and we need five more just like. That you Mrs. Catherine for all that you go out your way to do for us. God Bless.
Maintenance did a great job on one of the closet on the right hand side. I was soo happy with the detail that was put on to the uppercase on the right hand side. Good job.
