It’s a nice place to live. Everything is new and nice all around the facility. They organize community get togethers. I live in one of the cottages around the main apartment building and I have a private garage which I love. My only complaint is that I wish the apartments were a little bigger and I had more storage
I lived at Rosalia Silverlake briefly, only because I found a house to buy. My short time I spent here was very pleasant. The maintenance crew, Brad and Marcos, were very efficient, nice and professional. Marta, the property manager and her assistant Rita were very nice and helpful throughout my stay. I would definitely recommend living here. Thank you for everything and God Bless!!
I recently moved my brother into Rosalia Silverlake, and Mrs. Rita was absolutely amazing! She was so kind, patient, and helpful throughout the whole process. You can really tell she cares about people and takes pride in what she does. We’re so thankful for her help and all the extra effort she put in to make everything go smoothly!
Just wanted to Shout out to Marta, Rita , Marco & Brad! This is an active Senior living facility which ive been a part of for almost a year. Marta, management lead is friendly and outgoing, responsive to all residents needs, Rita recently joined the team & is solution based. Marco & Brad respond proactively to Maintaining this beautiful property. This team makes an ideal community for me to reside. Keep up the good work!
