Marta, management lead is friendly and outgoing, responsive to all residents needs, Rita recently joined the team & is solution based. Marco & Brad respond proactively to Maintaining this beautiful property. This team makes an ideal community for me to reside. Keep up the good work!

My wife and I have lived at Rosalia (formerly Fordham) for 3 years with a change in ownership and 3 different apt managers. The last manager Saja was very responsive and helpful, so we were a bit apprehensive with the new owner and manager. The new manager Marta Garcia has proven to be very capable and responsive to our concerns. Besides being professional, she is always available and friendly.
