I absolutely love living at this 55+ community! I feel safe here, and it’s by far the nicest apartment community in the area. The property is always well-maintained, the neighbors are friendly, and it truly feels like home. A special thank you to the manager, Cassie. There is still Bird Droppings all over my siding and my sprinkler head. I showed pictures to Cassie. A lot of things have gone down hill sine new management has taken over . We also have very few activities. No more cooking demos, bus trips and live music. People are looking for new complexes.
The property needs more attention to the residents and specifically the cleanliness of our hallways on a daily basis and our walks as well as the walkways throughout the halls that lead in to our apartments. They used to maintain but have dropped off doing so in the last 2 years. Lawn maintenance is regular weekly and landscaping done. There are garages here and they are not inspected at all and roach problems are a consistent problem here. So far i really enjoyed my stay at the Fordham. House maintenance is doing very well and we've been under new management with Cassie and she's doing a fabulous job. We all seem to be overlooking the facility as neighbors and that's always a positive outcome.
