I’m not sure if the batteries for my smoke alarms were new and fresh. Detector in the living room still blinks green and the others have a steady green light.
Maintenance is always tops at The Fordham. Anytime we've had an issue (which is seldom) it is taken care of right away.
Clean, quite complex with nice amenities. Nixie responds immediately to concerns, regardless of how minor they might be. Nice pool, lots of activities, friendly neighbors and staff.
Clean, quiet, safe, with good friendly tenants and, best of all, a very responsible rental manager.
I love it here. It is quiet, clean and the office manager, Nixie is wonderful.
