Erin Ford has never answered or helped. Even stopped by the office after countless times not being answered by phone and no one opened or answered the office either. My nephew has been waiting to get in contact for about 5 months now. UPDATE: Consent by the client would’ve already been given if there had been any attempts to actually speak to my nephew.
