In the 7+ years I've been taking my Sport Trac to The Ford Doctor/Modesto Auto Service, Chris has always done an exceptional job no matter what the issue was/is. His business values and customer care are of the highest caliber. I have witnessed him (on several occasions) be generous to a fault and do everything he possibly can to resolve any issue that may arise. Chris always takes great care of my vehicle, and I trust him (not the dealer) to do the work. Great work ethic and stand-up guy. Highly recommend this shop!!

I spoke to chris over the phone a week ago about my 99 powerstroke 7.3l. I was having trouble with my exhaust break. I just finished dealing with a mechanic whom kept my truck for 9 days and did not touch her. Did not communicate at all. So, you can see my frustration and chris put my mind at ease. Traveling through Modesto, my tail lights didn't work! We had to get them fixed in a hurry as we were headed home to Oregon. Chris dropped what he was doing to help out, got them going and didn't charge too much. Chris was gracious and accommodating!
