Fixed my heel pain, I couldn’t walk and function on my feet before I came. After a few months of care I can now walk pain free but also feeling stronger, more balanced and stable on my feet, my arthritis pain is gone, my calf tightness is gone. Very responsible practitioners and practice!! Very detailed assessment and education too!

I have been receiving care from Mark and the team for over 4 months now, done over 20 sessions, and have noticed great improvement with my foot mobility, I’m feeling more balanced, stable on the feet, and can walk easier compared to before, more important I have noticed good changes in my bunions, hammer toes, which used to affect my balance and were causing me pain.
