I contacted this firm for representation and communication has been sparse. The reviews by others are not what I have experienced with my case in the past 2 years. I’m very disappointed in the way my case is currently being handled. As an experienced litigator, I’m not impressed. Months ago, the plaintiff asked for a resolution. Phillip delayed and the case was on track for a default judgment. Now the process starts all over. The liability is clear cut . The damages are clear cut. The dragging out is befuddling.

As a CPA I've worked with The Foote Firm for years now and I can't say enough good things. There are many attorneys out there but not many are as down to earth and patient as Mr. Foote. He is extremely knowledgeable and good at what he does and will go above and beyond to assist you with your legal needs.
