Very hard to find a parking spot.
What is the point of being asked to arrive 15 minutes prior to appointment time if it's 45 past my appointment time and I'm yet to be called in, with 3, 9:45 patients pending before calling 10:00 patients? I understand scheduling and meeting certain quotas, but having patients waiting for this long and still asked to arrive 15 minutes early is inconsiderate of patients time.
