Been seeing Dr Altman' for years and she is the best my whole family and some of my friends go's to see her only. She's very nice and understanding we love, love, love her couldn't ask for a better Dr there!!
Could not even get an appointment because the b**** argued with me that I needed a referral even after I had called my Insurance and they told me I definitely did NOT need one. That must be the worst receptionist I have ever encountered, will take my business where I am more welcome and do not have to deal with such a b****!!!
I had a very good experience with the Foot Institute, I walk in they off the street they had me fill out my paperwork I then saw a Doctor the same day. They found the problem right away and give me some options on the treatment they recommended. My foot pain was treated and I don't have problems to this day, the staff was very helpful and the Doctor I saw was very good and worked with me with my problem and I will go back if I any more problems.
Very very unpleasant experience! The doctor nor the staff were friendly at all. The doctor did not even help my grandfather off of the table nor help him put his shoes back on. No communication between the doctor and myself on what needed to happen next. I had to ask. Will NOT be returning.
Love Dr.Altman she is great they have new staff. They are great to.
