This Pedicure was the most enjoyable. The staff was pleasant and conversational. Very gentle and accommodating. Teaching my young man that it is important to have self-care.
First time I've had a pain free pedicure. Not even one "owie." Very professional, clean, calm environment. You have to be patient making an appointment, but it's totally worth it!
Beware!! Called to schedule an appointment for myself and my mom while she is in town and the receptionist (Lindsey?) unsure of his name, laughed and said “hahaha no” and we asked what was so funny? And he says “ya we are booked until October so..” Quickly let him know it is rude to laugh at people and we’re guests and should be treated with respect. Rude and very unprofessional.
I've been a patron of this business for about two years. I changed to this salon when I was pregnant. I valued safety after I realized that other salons did not actually sterilize their instruments (they used the steripack envelopes to appear clean but didn't actually run them through the autoclave sterilizer). Until recently I have enjoyed getting my pedicures at this spa, which is conveniently located in the Johnson-Willis Hospital campus. Although somewhat cramped for space, it is clean, bright and efficient. However, my most recent visit was less than satisfactory. While I did receive very good personal service, the staff spent too much time gossiping about other staff members, patients and the salon's music.
