I had been looking for to this appointment to have a "medical grade" manicure and pedicure. However after my service today I will have to give a one star. 1st i did not receive the service I booked which was a pamper me manicure and pedicure. I ended up getting the essential manicure and pedicure, and honestly I barely received that. My cuticles on my manicure was not cut down. This Pedicure was the most enjoyable. The staff was pleasant and conversational. Very gentle and accommodating. Teaching my young man that it is important to have self-care.

Beware!! Called to schedule an appointment for myself and my mom while she is in town and the receptionist (Lindsey?) unsure of his name, laughed and said “hahaha no” and we asked what was so funny? And he says “ya we are booked until October so..” Quickly let him know it is rude to laugh at people and we’re guests and should be treated with respect. Rude and very unprofessional.

First time I've had a pain free pedicure. Not even one "owie." Very professional, clean, calm environment. You have to be patient making an appointment, but it's totally worth it!

I've been a patron of this business for about two years. I changed to this salon when I was pregnant. I valued safety after I realized that other salons did not actually sterilize their instruments (they used the steripack envelopes to appear clean but didn't actually run them through the autoclave sterilizer). I have been to five different nail technicians and each one was skilled in removing ingrown nails.
