I had ankle surgery a year ago and I am still having issues went today to be seen but with an outstanding bill that I didn't even know I had because I thought the insurance had paid it they turned me away and made me feel like garbage because of it so I will never step foot in there again
My wife was made to feel like garbage over a bill she did not know about. She made an appointment because she had surgery a year ago and is still having issues. I would think twice about going here unless you like receptionists treating you badly
From the time my wife called Dr. Jones office to schedule an appointment for me, to my in-person visit, I had been very impressed. The phone call provided excellent customer service and useful information. Dr. Jones sent an order for x-rays to be done at another Tooele clinic BEFORE my appointment date after I had explained the symptoms I had in both feet. This ensured that my appointment wouldn't be a waste of time because he would receive the results for the x-ray and we would be able to discuss it during my appointment. A... read more
