I saw dr.swangim today for infected ingrown nails. I was super nervous for the procedure as i have had it done before somewhere else and it hurt super bad. Upon arrival the front desk person was extremely kind. When i finally met with him he was the kindest dr ever. Explained everything throughly to me, walked me through after care, told me what we were going to next for my other toe, and answered any question i had. Good Dr but they just take so long been waiting 30 minutes or more slack up on the talking part specially if it ain’t bout the patient
When I met with Ruth, Inetha and Dr Salem, i more informed and better able to make the decision to move forward. The staff made me feel so welcomed!
