Got a call from Legacy f&a that appointments had been canceled and if I could come in earlier. I said yes. I went in before the time of my appointment and sat forever. I ended up the last patient of the day to be seen. Next time in I was there before my scheduled time. Other patients went in before me even though their times were later than mine. I left and I'll never be back.
I'm looking at these reviews and I'm perplexed as to why there are all the good comments about the staff. My husband was referred here by VA and the staff has been extremely rude from the start. I'm not sure what set them off as neither of us said anything to them. They have just been rude and nasty from the beginning. I'm left wondering if they just don't want VA patients at their office. We will let the VA know and ask for a referral to a different doctor's office.
