Recently, I had an x-ray of my right foot & Ankle & saw Dr. Shindler. She ordered an MRI. Unfortunately, according to Evicore/Larchmont Imaging, she didn't submit all documents required, including my x-rays, which is a prerequisite to getting an MRI. I know I snapped my ligament because the same thing happened to my left ankle 10 yrs ago. Back then, a different doctor, who's no longer in that practice, did my surgery. My family and I are blown away by the level of genuine care from this group! Dr. Norton was our daughter's surgeon. Dr. Melissa Shinder squeezed her in for an immediate appointment, and if we could give 10 stars to Dr. Miller, we would! He was the doctor on call a couple days after my daughter's surgery, and went MILES ABOVE and BEYOND; he has raised the bar for his profession! I have a lot of sympathy and respect for those in the healthcare industry. Workers are in a dangerous environment, sacrificing their own time and health to help others in need. Yet my experience here felt nothing like that. I do well with pain, but decided I was overdue for a visit. I took an hour lunch break in order to be seen, which is normally spent with my children. I had signed in, completed repetitive health history paper work, and sat for over an hour without any communication from the staff. Multiple customers were ... read more
Dr. Filorama had open appointment when others told me 2 months or more. He examined me and did surgery within a few weeks. He made me whole again after my dropped metatarsal interfered with my quality of life and work responsibilities. Wonderful, compassionate, and did a great job! Thank you so much- highly recommend!
