I have been getting ingrown toenails for the past 35 years. They always bothered me and have spent a small fortune getting them removed every month. I went to Foot and Ankle to get them permanently removed so I don’t have to go through this anymore. Dr. Farrell was amazing. He talked to me during the whole process and never once did I feel any pain. I am excited for my new journey, ingrown free, all thanks to this him!
Absolutely terrible. Dr Miller ordered an X-ray then never bothered to call me with the results. I called the mt laurel location 3 times and his Columbus location 1 time for him to call me to.explain the findings. He never bothered to call then acted angry when he asked why I didn't get the xray. Also cancelled multiple appointments with little to no notice. Consistently called the wrong phone number on file. The front end staff is a.plus.
Recently, I had an x-ray of my right foot & Ankle & saw Dr. Shindler. She ordered an MRI. Unfortunately, according to Evicore/Larchmont Imaging, she didn't submit all documents required, including my x-rays, which is a prerequisite to getting an MRI. I know I snapped my ligament because the same thing happened to my left ankle 10 yrs ago. Back then, a different doctor, who's no longer in that practice, did my surgery. My family and I are blown away by the level of genuine care from this group! Dr. Norton was our daughter's surgeon. Dr. Melissa Shinder squeezed her in for an immediate appointment, and if we could give 10 stars to Dr. Miller, we would! He was the doctor on call a couple days after my daughter's surgery, and went MILES ABOVE and BEYOND; he has raised the bar for his profession! I have a lot of sympathy and respect for those in the healthcare industry. Workers are in a dangerous environment, sacrificing their own time and health to help others in need. Yet my experience here felt nothing like that. I do well with pain, but decided I was overdue for a visit. I took an hour lunch break in order to be seen, which is normally spent with my children.
