Doctor was nice, but the receptionist had a bad attitude
I went for ingrown nail and the Dr. Was excellent. Took his time and ask if I needed anything else done. I recommend him.
Although Dr Maureen Huerich was very nice at my initial visit, trying to contact the office itself is a nightmare. The office is open until 500. I called every hr between 1230 and 430. Leaving a brief msg each time with no response. I even called the Ford City office hoping to connect with some help but to no avail. I, then Called the following morning and again, I had to leave a message. No one answers the phone and no one calls back. This is Not what I perceive to be good pt care, so I chose to go elsewhere. Dr. Matthew Sabo did an excellent job !! I had a previous surgery done incorrectly by another Dr . I had a small ganglion cyst on my toe that I had got removed , the other Dr. cut deep and almost into my tendon and made a larger then needed scar , and even left the stitch in my toe! Dr. sabo went above and beyond to make the corrections for me . Very easy to talk to and great personality also . I recommend Dr. Sabo , wonderful work !!!!
