The chainsmoker lady with short blonde hair was a bigger pain than my foot
I give them a two I went there a couple of times they still tried to charge me extra even when I went there to get my shoes for being a diabetic they did everything that they were supposed to do for that but never got my shoes and now telling me I got to go to a different doctor just to get my diabetic shoes I will not recommend anybody to go to this place. The phone number is not im service. Through my experience over the years. This group offers only one central number. And has only one person to handel calls. I've not been able to get around her. For help or information on how to, above her level. And would not connect to any others that work there. I've not been successful with finding a concerned point of contact or even a complaint number to the main office. For more than 20 yrs that I've been with them. These issues have developed since new owners.
