It was an amazing experience. The day after I was able to run. With no pain I my feet, knees or hips.
I originally booked a reflexology session with Samantha as an alternative to massage therapy (which sometimes brings up anxiety) and I was amazed how reflexive points in the feet are connected to every area of the body. Samantha is *phenomenal*. She cultivates such a beautifully warm and safe environment where you can really relax and tune in while she gently and skillfully works on your body discomfort. Truly immaculate vibes with just the right amount of loving woo. 10/10, highly recommend.
