Heather gave me a really great experience as a customer. From the moment I interacted with her, she was friendly, patient, and genuinely helpful. Rude and unprofessional staff. This store is a complete rip-off. It is overpriced, and the cashier repeatedly overcharges customers. There are frequent billing errors, and you are often charged more than the listed price. The staff is rude, untrained, and careless. They lack proper training in billing and customer service, and they are neither friendly nor professional. The manager is extremely unaccommodating and dismissive. Good store but they charge about 2x the price for everything. I think today is the last day I am going there. Ordering food from amazon fresh will save you money then shopping here. Stop buying over priced food, let these places go out of business.
