I was disgusted how we were talked to and treated by reception staff. We have been waiting over a week for enrollment, no reply. Went to other doctors and was enrolled in 20 min. We felt we were dogs the way the reception staff spoke to us.

Left a voicemail 4 hours ago. Can't you call back? It's been 5 days, still waiting :) I'll update this in a year, pretty sure I'll still be waiting.
