Run the other way. TAKE THIS SERIOUSLY. Hiring this firm was an incredibly costly mistake—financially, emotionally, and legally. Brian may seem engaged during the initial consultation, but that’s the most effort you’ll EVER see from him. After that, you’ll be lucky if he even shows up to your hearings. He missed multiple court appearances, and I was forced to explain my case over and over again to a rotating cast of paralegals—because his office keeps no consistent records. Brian Folland doesn't care about you. He pretends to care on his initial phone call with you, but doesn't do much after that but take your money. Showed up to court unprepared, with no evidence and doesn't share anything you shared with him. Complete joke of an attorney. Don't waste your money here! This firm will take all of your money and do the bare minimum to help you!
