Mr Foley is very unprofessional and greedy he won my case and over charged me was confirmed by my daughters ad litem I was definitely overcharged and filed a report with the state bar association against him. His pre legal counsel was rude with me because he sent me a cashiers check that clear as day says do not write on the back of check and he wrote a statement on the back of check and then tried to convince the bank’s manager that it could still be cashed and that he does that all the time she clearly stated that it was i... read more
