I'm so happy with the replacement couch cushions that were made for me at this location. Less than 2 years ago I bought a beautiful looking couch that turned out to have terrible cushions that collapsed and looked horrible within a few months (Plush sofa from Moe's Collection - buyer beware). I made a mistake in the size of the mattress I ordered. Thank you to Anu who arranged for the mattress to be resized and delivered back to the Kitsilano store in time for it's onward journey to Prince Rupert.
We had such an amazing experience with Anu! She was so kind and helpful! Anu went above and beyond to help us get the right custom mattress. We highly recommend visiting her at the w broadway location. Our friend had a mattress from here for 15 years and recommended the product to us.
