Needed a new foam for a cushion. Very helpful in showing me the different density foams in stock. Picked the one I wanted and a few minutes later walked out with it cut to size. Very friendly staff.
Im sorry to say that Fariday continued to give me bad advice for a foamy topper to the mattress in my hide-a-bed. First of all she insisted that my measurements were incorrect then she sold me a 2” one that we can’t use because it was so thick it is impossible to stay when we try to collapse the bed. Now I am out $244!

Friendly and helpful service. The staff did a wonderful job of renewing the foam in my deck furniture cushions. I would definitely recommend North Shore Foam Shop.
