I recently had a great experience at Foam Shop's Nanaimo branch. I ordered a customized set of wooden sofa cushions, and the store manager Tonia was incredibly helpful and attentive from start to finish. She was flexible in accommodating my needs and handled everything efficiently. The cushions turned out great and fit well. I highly recommend this store and will definitely be returning for future purchases!
Amazing. Went in to get back seat cushions re foamed on two chairs I've only had 5 years . I thought the pricing was fair, the service was A+ and I couldn't be happier, or let's say my sore back couldn't be happier. My chairs are super comfortable now.
Brought in my loveseat cushions, which were too soft, and they were finished about an hour later. They're so much more comfortable now and the price was worth it, considering this new foam should last 10-15 years . As an added bonus, I'm noticing the love seat slipcover stays in place now - far less re-tucking needed. I'll be bringing in my wing chair cushions early next month!
My husband and I went in to this location almost at store closing for expert advice and the associate name Dick went above and beyond. His customer service was awesome. Highly recommend!
