My husband and I went in to this location almost at store closing for expert advice and the associate name Dick went above and beyond. His customer service was awesome. Highly recommend!

Our tired old couch cushions needed a refresh, and the Foam Shop nailed it out of the park. From the first phone call, answering some initial questions, to the in store visit, Tonia walked us through the process and made sure we made the choice that fit our needs. The cushions not only feel great, they look brand new. An asset to the mid island area for sure
We had our sofa cushions redone and I figured we could stuff the cushions into the casings when I got them back from the dry cleaners. Think again! 😂😂 We ended up taking them back because even watching UTUBE clips we still couldn’t do it! The Nanaimo store is awesome! I’m sorry I didn’t get his name but he had them stuffed and looking brand new in no time! We’re really impressed with that business and would recommend them in a heart beat! Thank you so much!
