I thought my patio cushions would need to be replaced but after taking them to The Foam Shop in Nanaimo, they look brand new again! I brought them into the shop in early spring. Tonia knew exactly what was needed and they were done within a day. They were nicely wrapped in bags that I can keep for storing them and the staff kindly loaded them into my car. Great service! I highly recommend.

The staff were very friendly. The prices were reasonable. It took a few days because they were busy, but I was not in a hurry so I said I would wait. if I needed it done that day they would have done it.

I recently had a great experience at Foam Shop's Nanaimo branch. I ordered a customized set of wooden sofa cushions, and the store manager Tonia was incredibly helpful and attentive from start to finish. She was flexible in accommodating my needs and handled everything efficiently. The cushions turned out great and fit well. I highly recommend this store and will definitely be returning for future purchases!

Amazing. Went in to get back seat cushions re foamed on two chairs I've only had 5 years . I thought the pricing was fair, the service was A+ and I couldn't be happier, or let's say my sore back couldn't be happier. My chairs are super comfortable now.

Brought in my loveseat cushions, which were too soft, and they were finished about an hour later. They're so much more comfortable now and the price was worth it, considering this new foam should last 10-15 years . As an added bonus, I'm noticing the love seat slipcover stays in place now - far less re-tucking needed. I'll be bringing in my wing chair cushions early next month!
