Lol... what a joke.. I called to see if they had a small piece of scrap foam , they said they'd have a look... I went there they found a piece about 14"x18",charged me $26. For something clearly from the scrap bin.. I feel sorry for the locals. Cheers

I had an incredible experience choosing colours and purchasing marine vinyl fabric for my boat. Michaela Was a pleasure to work with she had exceptional customer service and overall you can tell she really enjoys her job. I will definitely be recommending the foam shop and I’ll be recommending my friends and family to deal with Michaela when they go. Wow wow wow!

Service is usually good at this location, but make sure you check everything you are told, as for expediency, you might not be getting the whole story or be getting untruths. Final decisions on problems are in the hands of a head office on the Vancouver mainland, despite being given the impression all decisions are theirs. Be careful.

It's so nice to deal with people who get excited about your project. Michaela was super helpful, we got exactly what we wanted. We're going back for cushions !

Firstly, the staff are fantastic. I can’t say enough good things about them. I had an issue with the topper I bought there and was becoming quite frustrated with the mattress. The staff and GM took the time to figure out that the mattress topper is fine, it’s the box spring in the place I am subletting that is sagging and creating the issue. I have bought a mattress and topper, 3 pillows and a camping fold up foam mattress. I highly recommend this store.
