The customer service we received was fantastic. Amanda and her team members went above and beyond to get our custom cushions and pillows done for my outdoor sectional in record time. They look incredible. My wife can't say enough about how great they look. Highly recommended. Thanks again Amanda.
Recently I had the pleasure of shopping at the Foam Shop in Prince George, Manager Amanda was wonderful to work with; we had a big project of 11 large cushions of various sizes and shapes to replace aging cushions on our small yacht. No worries with the great service and advice from Amanda. The project was completed without a hitch, Amanda devoted most of one full day helping me insert the foam into the cushion covers (both inner & outer covers and we couldn't be happier with the end result. We were camping and decided we needed to replace the seat foam in our trailer (the foam was bottoming out to the plywood). We called The Foam Shop and they said they would try and get our foam cut that day (a Saturday) workload permitting. Amanda was so helpful helping us select a foam, she even placed it into the covers for us, calling us early to let us know they were ready. A great store with exceptional customer service!
As I live in a tiny house, I have to utilize every square inch and so I built a bench with storage. At the PG Foam Shop, Amanda was really helpful in helping me decide and on fabric and style and type of foam to use to complete the look on my couch. Thank you so much, Amanda you're the best.
Great experience dealing with The Foam Shop. Our finished product is beautiful and finished with attention to detail. It was difficult to find anyone to replace a split RV queen slide flip mattress but Amanda worked with us to provide an excellent replacement. Highly recommended.
