Rude and unhelpful teller when I called to ask some simple questions about cutting foam. Terrible customer service and completely lost any business I was considering giving them.
Very happy with my experience with Kim and Joel at the Foam Booth in purchasing a customised high density mattress for my day bed. Great customisation options, mattress cover very well made. While I didn't visit the showroom Kim was very helpful in sending me sample fabrics. Would recommend.
Joel and Kim are very patient and experienced. Their quoting is clear, fair (especially given the quality and customisation options) and they get back to you quickly. We are super happy with our high density custom dining bench seating
