Thank you @fngym for a fantastic space while I was visiting the area! This place has such a great variety of equipment! From machines to accessories (no need to pack that @abmat pivot pad like I did-because they have one) they have you covered for anything you'll need. The owner was super welcoming and you can tell he is invested in making sure his member have a place is excellent! Will definitely be back! If you're in the Edgewater area-absolutely make sure to check it out!
Absolutely a great place too work out,every machine you can think of to workout on, friendly atmosphere, very clean ,and the owner Mitch is always available for instruction and to lend a hand.The Best part is how reasonably priced it is,it's my new go to gym!!
I visited on vacation and it had an Awesome atmosphere, my girl gets nervous about non commercial gyms but she loved it. A lot of different machines and free weights and owner and all members were super friendly. High recommended.
If you are in the Edgewater/New Smyrna area looking for a rugged gym with the old school feel, this is the place. I visited fir the weekend and prices were more than affordable. The owner is a great guy and the regular make you feel at home. Best gym in Florida!
Old school gym people come here to train not socialize it’s an awesome atmosphere and the owner is cool as can be
