I’m a General Manager for WoodSprings Suites in Tukwila,WA. We used FlyLock for a door that lost communication with the card reader. It became “exit only!”. Noah and Ken are amazing. Our community had a security breach over the weekend, with several doors compromised. Flylock responded quickly and efficiently. Our locks were changed within the same day, and the odds and ends they were unable to complete same day were complete the following day. Both Noah and Ken were communicating throughout the entire process and made sure we were aware of their progress. I can’t recommend Fkylock and this team enough. Thank you for making my job easier!
