Booked them for a rekeying two weeks in advance for this Tuesday. Called on Monday to confirm and they had bumped me to Thursday at 2:00. Went by the house to pick up the new keys Thur at 5:00 and no one had been there and they had no idea why. Called another locksmith and he showed up in 10 minutes. Flying Locksmiths was a major failure!
