The service and job was very poorly done. Charged over$350.00 to put a lock on the back of a store front door. He put a push button lock in that you might use for a bathroom. Button keeps popping open just by closing the door. The keys from the very first day were not opening the lock and had to be wiggles to open. We called for service and he said we shut the door to hard and broke it. Not so. Do not use this company. The lock was a piece of junk and was not meant for an outside door.

Mark and his people are awesome. Needed the lock to my office changed out and it was done quickly and efficiently. Made sure we had all the keys we needed for our staff without any hassles.
Mark and his team helped me out when a big box store failed twice to make the key right for me. I appreciate the technician taking the time to cut it right and give me extras as it was the only key I had for that lock! Super nice, professional and fast! They do a LOT more than just keys so check them out for all your lock or door needs.
