Very unprofessional. I waited all day for a technician to come to my house. Called the office twice and was told tech was finishing up job and would be there shortly. The final call 3 hours later the operator was unable to locate the technician. Save yourself time and go with another company
We needed our 2 doors fixed at our business in New Britain. We called to schedule an appointment( I figured it would take a few days) and very shortly after got a call saying they would be here in 10 mins. They got here so quickly and were very professional.
