My family and I stayed here in Aug 2024. The new owners have cleaned and upgraded the property greatly! Such a great experience. Can’t wait to go back!!!
We stayed at the Flying Cloud 301 recently for a week, upon arrival we noticed that the screen to the balcony door was completely ripped at the bottom and side, 2 of the 3 bar stools were broken, the TV in the spare bedroom didn't work, bathroom door in master bedroom would stick when shut completely and was unable to be opened from the inside, crumbs were in the bed sheets, the dryer was stained with blue ink, after 24+ hours the refrigerator was not getting cold and I called the Vacasa office and was told someone would be ... read more
