For a place called The Flying Biscuit you'd think the biscuits would be good, too dry!
The Hollywood Omelette is perfection with sausage and a side of grits; I don't even like grits and their grits are amazing!
Absolutely awesome
My favorite meal is the Piedmont Omelette
At lunch, lunch size portion of the shrimp and grits with tomato sauce. Yum. We have been going here for years and everything we have ordered so far has been good.
Save the biscuit for last.
You won't go wrong no matter what you order here, but the collard greens as a side are a MUST HAVE.
