Super busy but waiter was still attentive. Food was cooked perfectly. Don’t sleep on the pancakes - they’re better than most.
First time trying this place today and the service was great with our waiter. However, the food wasn’t good at all. It was just awful, and sad to say I don’t believe this location will be open long. Came on a Saturday and there were only 2 other families the entire time.
First time trying this place, decided to do an online pickup order. Got home after picking up the food and noticed a string of hair in the potatoes. This was the first time I opened the food since leaving the restaurant. I spoke to someone on the phone who was very understanding but once we got back to the restaurant there was a misunderstanding from the manager versus what was said over the phone about issuing our refund or remaking the food.
I love Flying Biscuit Cafe. The one in Memorial is fantastic. This location however just had bland food. The grits weren't flavorful at all and they were watery and loose. The chicken, God, the chicken was so bland. I don't know if it's because this is a new item and the recipe is off but this was terrible. Bring back the buttermilk chicken please. And add some salt to the food
