I live 3 states away from Texas. We wanted our granddaughter to have a beautiful flowers, balloons and stuffed animal for her birthday. I started reading reviews. Then I started calling the first thing I actually got a real live person. She was driving and I gave her my name. She called me back. We told her what we wanting and she made it happen. By granddaughter is one very happy girl. I know each time we need flowers I will be calling the flower room.
