I ordered a bouquet yesterday 26/09 to be delivered today 27/09 for our 10th anniversary. It never arrived. The store closed for the day without any contact, which completely ruined such an important occasion. Very unprofessional and unreliable service. I would not recommend this florist to anyone.

Ordered the deluxe bright bouquet regular sized and was very happy with the colors and selection. Great size for the price and the delivery driver was really friendly and made sure to go through how to take care and display the flowers.
Living in Nelson and wanting a florest in Auckland who had good prices, ideal choices and realistic delivery charges, flower vault was a perfect choice. From choice and price to ordering everything was so straightforward. The flowers arrived on time and my daughter in law was very happy.
