Nick the gentleman who ran the delivery of was absolutely outstanding to deal with. He provided an excellent service and made sure the flowers I was sending made it to the recipient despite some troubles with access and locating the address. The Flower Vault went above and beyond, and I really appreciate it! Five stars!!!

I ordered flowers online to be delivered to our Grandma, and I just wanted to say thank you for such a beautiful and thoughtful service. She said the person who delivered them was so kind and friendly, which made it feel really personal and special. The handwritten card was also such a lovely touch. It means so much to know she felt genuinely cared for. I’ll definitely be recommending you and look forward to ordering again in the future!

Thank you so much for the incredible flowers you put together for my Mums birthday recently. They were so fresh and you had a beautiful selection in the mix. You even popped in some lisianthus and hydrangeas which happen to be my Mums favourite (a very pleasant coinsidence). My Mum was so happy and she sent me photos.
