Did a pre order on a couple sale items. Drove all the way in to purchase and was told they wouldn’t honor the online price. Evidently they weren’t running that sale. Just advertising it. The manager wouldn’t even talk to me. She said there was nothing she could do and turned and walked off. Absolutely horrible customer service all around.

ordered online got told they couldn't honor my order and last time i was there for a half oz they upsold me on a higher tier this place has become awful very fast im rethinking coming here ever again especially if the website doesn't reflect the damn store thats the least i can ask for unacceptable
I went in today excited cause I finally got some rewards $5 for 200points?I researched how the rewards worked NO WHERE DID IT SAY I HAD\NTO SPEND TEN DOLLARS TO GET FIVE DOLLARS OFF. I DROVE ALL THE WAY FROM SOUTH PHOENIX SMH
