I was treated very poorly by a manager and her employee tonight Im an army veteran that always brings smiles to this location I was talked about very ruthlessly because I not knowingly touched a tip jar that I put into whenever possible his words were "Ey homie Imma need you to back up, don't do that" I was taken back by the complete lack of professionalism he yelled it for all the customers to hear and the manager on duty supported this
I usually have such great experiences when I come to The Flower Shop but today not so much. I spent $104 on last Friday but couldn't get my freebie because I was on the way to the airport. I've never had a problem with coming back to get anything but this time.......the time I needed it the most it wasn't available. There wasn't even a transaction that showed in the system, but it definitely shows on my debit card transactions. Really rude budtender kept talking loudly and said I didn’t want a good time when I wanted some disposable pens. I just wanted to buy my stuff and go and he would not stop talking loudly about how nervous I am . He was unprofessional and I almost walked out
