I wish I had The Flower Shop in my area! I ordered flowers for a friend and these guys were so friendly and the communication was great. They let me know when the flowers were out for delivery and took a picture when they were delivered. Thank you so much guys for helping me make my friends day a little brighter. These flowers were everything I could have hoped for!
Contacted Erica today to order something for my father in law for his 80th birthday last minute and get it delivered where he resides. We are 3 hours ahead so I left a message and I got a text from Erica not long after leaving a message in the morning. I placed an order online and asked if she could add a card or balloon along with it. Erica definitely does not fall flat on her recommendations. She stayed connected from the moment I ordered to the moment delivered. I can be pretty particular but she met me with top notch professionalism and made a point to ensure customer satisfaction. I highly recommend her heart work.
