I called in an order from New Orleans for delivery to a special friend in Encinitas. I was warmly and enthusiastically greeted by the staff (maybe Amy, the owner) and made my best attempt at describing what I was looking for. They were very engaging, asked all of the right questions, including asking about favorite colors, types of person the flowers were going to, and various relevant questions. I sent flowers to a friend for her birthday and The Flower Shop knocked it out of the park. The arrangement was gorgeous! Also, they delivered the flowers before 9am! A perfect gift.
