Poor customer service, I had went in looking for graduation flowers and had asked the lady for some advice about how I should go about picking the flowers and what colors would look nice and what not and all she said was idk what ever you think looks good even though I had asked her if she can help me and what she thinks looks best to meet my expectations I wouldn’t go back or even recommend to people she didn’t make my bouquet right and it was all loose and also one half of the bow for the bouquet was bigger than the other ... read more
My daughter, who lives out of the area, ordered a bouquet for me from The Flower Shop. It is GORGEOUS. The flowers were obviously very fresh when delivered because they have held up beautifully. The delivery person also went above and beyond, as I was not home when she arrived at my house. She called me, and followed my directions perfectly so that the bouquet was left in a secure location awaiting my arrival. Thank you!
I was upset about receiving something that did not look what I ordered but I called and they were nice enough to tell me to bring it back so they can fix it.
I needed flowers for my father in laws funeral and I wanted to use a florist in my area . My husband had got me flowers there before, and they were beautiful. I decided to go to them for the flowers for the service. They were very nice and helpful. I had an idea of what I wanted, and they helped me narrow down the type of arrangements. When I picked up the flowers, I was so happy with them they were beautiful.
