I placed an order for flowers to be delivered to the Wisconsin Dells area. I received a call at 1:45 pm while I was at work stating how since my mom lives on the outskirts of the dells there would be a extra charge and I had to call back before 2 pm otherwise my order was to be cancelled. I tried to call back when I noticed the call 2 mins to 2 and had no answer. 15 mins isn’t much time to return a call for someone who works during the day and answer calls while on the clock.

I recently received a bouquet from a good friend after a surgery, I cannot believe how long these flowers have lasted. They look just as vibrant as the day I got them, and that was 11 days ago! I highly recommend this shop, and will definitely be going to them with any of my own orders! - The photo attached is from 11 days after receiving them.

I had decided to go here because I saw this flower shop had positive reviews. The flowers I had purchased were not fresh at all, and died after four days despite adequate care. Furthermore, the attitude of the owners was very poor and unhelpful. I will not be going back to this place.

DO NOT GIVE THE FLOWER SHOP YOUR BUSINESS!!! If I could give this place negative stars, I would. I love supporting local businesses but Jerica and Brenda lack customer service skills. They treat their customers horribly and are extremely rude. Save yourself the trouble, time and money and go to a place where they will appreciate you. The freshness of their product is debatable…..

The Flower Shop is incredibly talented with the beautiful flower arrangements, so empathetic and kind - they have delivered flowers for anniversaries and funerals for our family and just made these events so much more! Highly recommend and prepare to be completely satisfied with their products and services!
