Great experience with them. My second time ordering a bouquet from these lovely ladies over the phone, they always exceed my expectation. Great at helping me get exactly what I need. I will continue visiting them for my floral bouquet needs and will recommend them too :).

I decided to change up my florist for October because my usual florist doesn’t do Halloween theme flowers. I decided to try the flower lady and I spoke twice with her on the phone about what I wanted and even included notes about what I wanted. I did give her the chance for some artistic direction but it wasn’t nice at all. Had The Flower Lady do a custom flower arrangement for my gf for Halloween. We wanted something dark and spooky and what we got from her was the opposite. Which, in itself isn't a huge deal. But, she didn't provide any type of vase for an 80$ bouquet of flowers, and she was extremely rude when we called to see if anything could be done. I try to be kind always, and avoid leaving bad reviews, but you can't be that rude to the people who invest money into your services and expect no consequences.
