The best bouquet I've ever bought, can't recommend them enough
Abit disappointed that the greeting card paid wasn't received with the flowers. The receiver had no idea who the flowers were from until I messaged asking her if she had got them. She said she'd even tried contacting the florist to find out who the sender was but couldn't get through. I also feel the pictures on the website isn't a true replica of what you'll get for the price. Despite the short notice Ivana was incredibly helpful, professional & kind. She made the entire process completely stress-free during a difficult time. I ordered flowers from Flower Hound for the first time because of their great reviews. The flower selection is lovely, and my friend was very happy with the arrangement she received. My only suggestion would be to keep customers updated when deliveries have been completed. I wasn’t notified when the flowers were delivered, and despite sending two emails, I didn’t receive a response. This seems like a great place for flowers/plants but they really need to work on their customer service. Just went in and was immediately told they are closed today for an event - no apologies, no "what were you after?", not even a hello - I actually was just after a pot plant, not flowers - would have taken a minute of their time. Needless to say, you have lost a customer and your reputation as far as I am concerned. Given your attitude this morning, I'm sure that won't trouble you at all.
