Fantastic online service. Delivered as requested and an absolutely lovely bouquet (even better than the image on the website).
Ordered the Romance bouquet for my partner for our anniversary. Flowers turned up on timed and looked fantastic, my partner was very impressed. Much better service and presentation than any of the larger online sites. Would highly recommend.
Awful and clearly selective service. Went in trying to look for a bouquet for a birthday gift and the woman at the front had a miserable look on her face. I know people have bad days but smile costs nothing. Tried to show her what I was looking for and just said they don’t do those flowers . She didn’t offer an alternative or help in anyway. But she happily served another customer that came in after me and even greeted her with a smile.
