I have been doing business with the Flower Basket for 20+ years. I have never been disappointed. Always the sweetest ladies.
My husband sent me roses, they arrived wilted on the edges,and the envelope that held the card had what looked like pizza sauce on the corner. The next day when I went to address the shape of my arrangement, the lady was very rude. I agreed to pay her $20 for the roses, what I thought was a good price consindering the quality. As I explained the appearance of the arrangement, she was overwhelmed by anger and walked off yelling for me not to worry about paying for them and to never come back.
