Very rude and unprofessional! I ordered silk flowers to be picked up the following day. Unfortunately, I was hospitalized during that night and unable to do so. Upon talking to them, they made me feel as if I had somehow cheated them by ordering and not being able to fullfil my bargain at their convenience. When I reminded them that at least they were silk and could wait on me, I was rudely hung up on in mid sentence! I wouldn't order from them no matter how pretty their flowers are!
